Paperless Toastmasters meetings, voting, check-in, and timing.
Run a paperless Toastmasters meeting with one club link. Members and guests can open the agenda, check in, use the timer and vote when a category opens. Find your club above, or choose Register your club to get started.
Agenda opens the meeting agenda uploaded by the club. Check-in records attendance using the club’s check-in form. Timer opens speech and role timing without a login. Manage lets authorised club administrators sign in to organise meetings and voting.
Choose Register your club and enter the club details, a unique club URL, username, email and password. Existing club administrators use Manage with their account details. Members and guests do not need an administrator account to use the public club page.
Share the club link or choose Show QR code. Display the large QR panel so attendees can scan it on their phones. The club link can be reused for future meetings.
The vote counter adds the candidates and opens one category at a time. Select a candidate, then press Submit Vote. Voting closes automatically after five minutes, or sooner if the vote counter closes it. The vote counter can reopen a category when needed.
Refreshing does not allow another vote in the same category on the same browser. You can still vote in a different category. Reopening a category keeps votes already submitted. Speakers decide whether to abstain from their own category.
Press ▶ to start or resume a time and Ⅱ to pause it. Starting another role pauses the current time. Introduction and Report are separate for reporting roles; the General Evaluator has Beginning and Ending. TMOE/TMOM uses one accumulated time. Add speakers, evaluators or a custom role as needed, and use Reset meeting timer when the meeting is finished.
Yes. Open the Toastmasters Meeting Timer for timing without the club directory, voting or attendance tools.
Check-in details are available to the club’s authorised administrator and the super admin. Super admin can customise each club’s form and correct attendance records. Deleting a meeting’s check-ins removes its attendance entry from both administration history views.
Clubs in Nepal can use these tools for prepared speeches, Table Topics, evaluations and meeting roles. Toastmasters has a long-standing presence in Nepal: Kathmandu Toastmasters Club was chartered on 1 February 1991. The tools support regular club meetings without depending on a fixed number of clubs.
