Prepare a clear programme for your next Toastmasters meeting in Nepal or anywhere else. Use this free agenda maker for a regular club meeting or a joint meeting with several clubs. Add your theme, meeting roles, speeches, Table Topics and evaluations, then share a PDF or print copies for the room.
Start with one club. Use Hosting clubs to add more, enter their details, and select Meeting details to set the date, venue and theme. Click a section to edit the people and programme.
Yes. Choose one, two or three clubs, or Custom for a larger joint meeting. Each club has its own committee, club number and meeting number. The clubs share one meeting programme. The agenda stays on one page. If it becomes too full, shorten the text or remove unused rows.
Edit the Prepared speeches, Table Topics or Evaluation section. Add rows as needed, and enter names, speech titles and timing details. Use Add section for keynote speeches, breaks or other activities.
In Meeting details, turn on automatic schedule times. Set the starting time, then enter each section’s duration. Turn it off if you prefer to enter your own times.
Edit a club and paste its website, social profile or meeting-tool link into QR link. A QR code appears beside that club’s information. Leave the link empty to omit it.
Your agenda is saved automatically on this device. Save confirms the latest changes. Use Export editable agenda to keep a backup or transfer it to another device, then choose Import agenda there.
Preview shows the finished agenda. Print opens your printing options. Download PDF saves a file you can share. PDF and Print use the same fixed layout. Download Word creates an editable Word document with the same branding, programme and tables. You can change names and meeting details in Word; longer edits may change the page layout. Website menus and editing buttons are excluded.
Yes. Turn on paper voting slips in Meeting details to include blank voting boxes and a tear-off line. You can turn them off when your club uses online voting.
Choose Duplicate for next meeting. It keeps club details and committee names, increases meeting numbers and clears speaker assignments for the new meeting. Review the date and programme before printing.
During your meeting, use the Toastmasters Meeting Timer. For club agendas, check-in and voting, visit the Toastmasters meeting tools.
